The hotel was an excellent choice for our New Year in the city. It offers a comfortable room and a great value for the price, which included a delicious and traditional breakfast. the location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants around the area, and it was easy to reach from the Hakata Station by bus. the hotel was close to a subway station, making it convenient for us to explore the city. Finally, the room was clean and cozy, which made us feel right at home.
The staff's English communication could have been improved, which made it challenging to ask them for some information about the area. the room's size was a bit small, and there was not enough space to store all our clothes in the wardrobe.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. there are nearby shops and restaurants to enjoy. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, which is all I really needed.
The staff at the front desk had limited English capabilities, which made it difficult to communicate and ask questions. there were no extra amenities offered beyond the basics, such as a gym or pool.
